My friend made the Dragonflies in Flight using batiks and it looks amazing

These quilts are all beautiful! I never even thought of a dragonfly quilt...now I may have to. :)

Hi Linda...i made the attached quilt for my neice last year...i saw a picture of a quilt with dragonflies so drafted this one myself - it was really easy because the pieces are almost entirely ovals - so easy to make and stitch. I just drafted them in different sizes and made patterns out of card stock.

This is one I did last year. It's reverse appliqué and although I did it as a wall-hanging, you can combine 4 to make a quilt.

I've bought the fabrics for it ( boldoverbatiks.com had a kit with beautiful batiks!) a while back, but haven't made it yet.

Really cool quilt! Wish you had yours made so I could see it...lol.

How about this? (Sorry, I couldn't paste it in.) Type dragonfly into the search engine at equilter.com. They have lots of nice ones.

Also, there's a Crafty class that teaches how to quilt a dragonfly.
