I saw at an eststate sale embrodery machine E baby lock, the receipt was in box date 1998 price $2200. selling for $300 . I was sooo excited,but 1 minute ahead of me lady was buying it. SOOOOO UPSET. The head of the estate sale, checked to make sure she was really buying it. Next thing I Knew the purchaser came to me and said I never sewed before if I can't figure this out I'll sell it to you here's my card . Call her in 2 weeks. Well what are your thoughts on this ??? What if she screws up the machine ( NO Instructionbook) Thanks for any feed back. Jan

my first thought is that she knows what a great value the machine is and will try to turn a profit.

I wouldn't bother calling her. Like QuiltnNan says, I think she is out to make a profit. The only way that I would buy it, is if she was selling it for 300. But that's just me, I really do not like it when people take advantage of certain situations.

I'd call, but not count on getting it. And do not pay any more for it.
