I have both Bohin and Clover threader but I prefer the Bohin.

On the website mentioned there is a needle holder for machine needles. I bought that and it is a life saver for me. Don't know why I have so much trouble putting a new needle in my machine. At least now it is easier.

The Bohin needle threader is one of the best investments I've made. I like using very fine needles to do handwork like putting on a binding and hems and this makes threading that little eye so much easier. A five star rating in my book!

Clover puts their name on some great notions, but sometimes, they're a dud. After fussing with my Clover needle Threader for a couple of years, tossed it. Was enticed a few months ago to give the Bohin Needle Ghreader a try . . .and it's absolutely the bomb! So much easier to use and works every time, unlike the Clover that was hit and miss. I keep a second one in my travel kit so I always have it.

Mar, I have the same trouble, so have a small mirror (remember when businesses gave these away years ago?) and slide it under the needle hole area.. Hurray, success!

I bought and used the pink Clover threader with great success...until I developed an eye disease and I can't see the needle holes anymore to line them up properly in the Clover. Thanks for the recommendation for the Bohin, I'll look for one at the show I'm going to next week.
