Easy diaper bag pattern-free

i need to make two diaper bags this weekend and would like something fast and easy. Any suggestions?

Thank you for those suggestions. I haven't done zippers since 8th grade sewing class. LOL. So I always stay away from them. Everyone tells me they are so easy. But no go. My phobia.

You can got to youTube and check out videos for sewing in zippers. Different techniques. Have done a couple and not as hard as I thought would be.

I have used this tutorial for a diaper bag. Sometimes I make it just a bit larger 12x15. And 5" deep.
