It would look great just as large squares with solid in between.

Thanks---I actually found this pattern today and have it bookmarked. Maybe I can adapt it for a twin size.

Love this---do you know where to find the pattern?

It is from the book "All About Strips" Susan Guzman

Warm Wishes is a great pattern. You can increase the scale too, without too much math work.

I'm working on a donation quilt right now using this very simple pattern that puts the focus on a feature fabric. The pattern is free from MaryQuilts.com. It doesn't get much easier than this...but it's not twin-size. You'd need to add borders.

How about doing a 6-hour quilt? There is a tutorial online by Kaye Wood. I made one, and it is a QAYG project. By adding 2 extra inches to the outside strips, I was able to load it on the frame for FMQ. It came out well.

That six hour quilt took me two days! LOL

Love my BQ2 pattern by Maple Island. They go together very quickly.
