Carol Doak paper is newsprint BTW.

Please note paper comes in various weights - newsprint starts at 10 lb and some are 15 lb weight.

It comes in various sizes, the one you want for your printer is 8 1/2 x 11 inches.
For your quilting and foundation printing purposes you should look for the 10 or 15 lb weight, they carry it at Office Depot online, in the USA - for 500 sheets was $7.99. Typing paper comes in 20 lb weight and higher.

I pp'd a large queen size quilt using the perforated lighter weight copy paper without any problems. Our boss 'overstocked' the storeroom and couldn't use it anymore with the purchase of newer printers so got a complete box for the best deal ever.....FREE!!!

I wish everyone would try the lightweight vellum at least once for paper piecing. It is so nice. As much enjoyment as I get from my quilting I found trying to be be too frugal lessens the fun and takes more time to adapt the lesser product to work for me.
