Electric Seam Ripper

I received an elactric seam ripper for Christmas. It works like a charm. It is my new favorite toy! I didn't know such a thing existed - it would have saved me hours of ripping out seams over the past 40 years. (I make lots of mistakes ha ha)

I bought one a little over a year ago - it is great.

Never tried one. I did see a board member use an electric mustache trimmer for this. Looked easy....just never bought one to try....

I have a battery operated seam ripper, and it works fine on piecing seams, but not when I can't get between the fabrics (such as when removing quilting).

I did not know that an electric seam ripper existed. Guess what goes on my birthday wish list.

I have one for my HQ16 in case I need to take out quilting stitches. Haven't used it yet though. those who have really like it.

I bought a beard trimmer for $16 and it works the same way, only cheaper. I love it!!! Whoever thought of this is a genius!!

I love mine! I was given one about a year ago and it is my favorite tool next to my 1/4 sewing foot!

I literally rip seams out. Easy and doesn't hurt the fabric at all. Sure is fast.
I learned this from a very famous quilter at a quilt seminar.
