My favorite is The Lost Quilter. It was so interesting to find out how Joanna prevailed after running from the Bergstroms farm. What wonderful spirit she had.

She has a new one coming out Jan. 15. Mrs. Lincoln's Dressmaker is the title I think.

Boy, its been quite some time since I've read her series. I liked them all, but the one I remember the most was the Aloha quilt - filled with hope and new beginnings.

That's my favorite too! Reading The Aloha Quilt made me want to try my hand at a Hawaiian applique block. Not sure I can make an entire quilt, but completing one block will be a start.

I have read all of the books and enjoyed every one of them. I have no one favorite. Thanks for the heads up about her new book, i'll be looking for it at the library.

Another series about quilting that I've enjoyed are the Shenandoah Album books by Emilie Richards.

The last book I read of hers was The Aloha Quilt.

Just ordered the audiobooks from my library for Emilie Richards
Can't wait to start them.

I was given my first copy of her books-The Quilter's Homecoming -from a friend who knew I quilted and had listened to Jennifer talk at the Madison WI Quilt Expo. I have been wanting to read these books for quite some time. The book is sitting on my bookshelf waiting to be read as I have to start at book #1 when there is a series of them. I am hoping to eventually read all of her books, but first have to find them at a reasonable price. Have never seen any at our Goodwill or at garage sales. Possibly no one is willing to part with them. May simply take a chance on Ebay or used sellers at Amazon.

I bought mine at Half.com...If you stick with the same seller, they will combine the shipping cost. I never bought a new one, usually the ones in GOOD condition. They are ususally library books that have been pulled. Purchased the whole series this way.

Not sure which I liked the best....could be Aloha Quilt....but then it could have been several others.

Only was disappointed in one....the Quilter's Kitchen. I enjoyed the story, but it was more like a short story than her regular rich books.
