I have a paper piecing pattern for a 6 inch finished block. I need to enlarge it for a 9 inch finished block. I want to enlarge the pattern on a photocopier. What percentage do I use? 133 % ?

Copy at 150% (9/6=1.5)

Either that, or just do it in 25% increments until you get the size you need. Don't forget the seam allowance on the outside of the piece stays at 1/4".
