I have a free software I found years ago that enlarges photo files (you can save most anthing as a jpg). I'm at work now, I'll try to remember to get the name and post it here. If your interested and I forget, just pm me.
I uses it to enlarge a fan block to make a window quilt. |
I scan my images of the pattern into the computer and then inlarge them with a editing program. I use a free program called paint net and it works pretty good for this. There are also other programs you can get free and there are some programs that are not that pricey. Just have to look at them and see if they do what you want them to do.

I have used my printer also, when I click on print the box pops up and in advanced settings it shows different sizes and you can click on poster and what size poster you want (3x4, 3x5, etc) and it will print the picture out in as many pieces of printer paper it needs. I just discovered this by accident one day.

There is a freeware program which allows you to import an image and resize it several different ways. I have used it several times and it works perfectly every time.

i didn't read all the posts but. if you have access to a copy machine then copy/enlarge it in sections tape them together and then redraw if you need to. I do this all the time.

if the image in questions is protected by copyright, trademark, or license restrictions, then pirating that image by resizing and creating a replica is not legal.
selling items made that way would also not be legal. |
