I saved this picture someone posted also. I agree that if you cut strips at 2 inch you will get your 6 inch blocks. This is definitely on my to do list

yes it does, Quilt, New Quilt, On point.

I was referring to the sketchbook not the layout. I don't think you have this option Select a Style on EQ5:

the layout you drew is different from the one on the Bernina site http://www.quiltviews.com/free-patte...g-from-bernina

If you had click on
Click HERE for the Snowflake Quilt-Along on BERNINA’s WeAllSew blog.
It would have taken you to the
Snowflake Quilt-Along Week 1
This is where the piecing information is located. At the bottom of the page, there is another option:
Snowflake Quilt-Along Week 2, Assembling the Quilt Top • WeAllSew • BERNINA USA
This the page where you will find the layout that is exactly like the one I drew and posted using my EQ7. You will noticed what I found interesting that two side borders were attached.

Just wanted the correct information to be posted.

however, my information is not incorrect. the OP pointed to a link for a quilt posted to the QB, which is the one i drew. the OP wanted to know if it could be done in EQ5 and I assured her that it could.

You ladies are awesome as always. Going to play with this more tomorrow. Will let you know how i progress. Thanks to everyone who posted. What are your thoughts on pinks, maybe green and light green for a baby girl? First time in decades I can do 'girly'.
