How do you set the same block all at once when you are using a block you drew in easy draw?

After drawing your block, place the block into the Blocks scrapbook.

Then make sure you are in the Quilt Layout tab.

Hold down the Control Key while and Clicking on the Set Block button.

That should set the same design into every block.

Should I be on layer 2? I tried that and it didn't work :-(

Another question, how do I find the layout options to lift the restriction? I couldn't find it in the manual.

I've been using this software for a year and never could figure this problem out :(
