It cost about the same then as it does now. Once you buy it you only have to buy the upgrades for the next version which aren't much at all.

I stopped feeling freaked about spending money on items I want when I found myself writing a check for my child's birthday party and felt okay about it because she is my little princess and she deserved it. Hmmm, something is wrong with this picture..........

Ha Ha. Nothing wrong with that picture. My grand daughter is the light of my life and I just spent 110.00 on girl scout cookies from her and didn't blink an eye. Oh well, at least I get to eat the cookies. (unless she finds them first. Ha ha)

Happy dance, happy dance. Know you can't see this, but I am dancing. My EQ6 came in the mail today. I will be spending tonight learning how to use it. I am so excited. Can you tell???

You'll have so much fun with it. I too did the happy dance when I got mine... I got mine as a valentine's day gift from dear sweet boyfriend, and I've been playing around with it since. So far, I'm in LOVE with it!!! I was really skeptical about spending so much money on software, but now, it was worth every penny! The next step will be to get an all in one printer, scanner, copy so I can import my own fabrics....

I know you must be excited to use it, I would too. I have EQ4 and it's a little hard to navigate, IMO, between the Fabric Library, Block Library, MY Libraries, importing into my libraries, etc.

Let me know how it works out for you.

I have EQ5 and love it. I know you will be very happy you got it! :D

I have been looking at EQ6. I am wondering does it let you convert any block into paper piecing?

Yes, you select print and pick foundation, template, or rotary cut and what size you want the block to be. You can select what sections you want to paper piece together and then sew together to make the block. Lots of options. Always click preview before printing to see exactly what you are getting.

Margie :)

I have been doing the lessons. My kids keep laughing at the squeals of happiness coming from my computer area. I am loving this and can see already there are tons of ways I can use this.

I was wondering how you were doing with it. Glad you are having fun!
