I signed up for a class next week with Libby Lehman..she will be teaching reverse applique, thread painting, satin and decorative stitching, couching and free motion. I don't know much about her except that she has been commisioned to do some pretty spectacular quilts and she makes a bookoo of $ for her efforts. Has anyone else taken one of her classes? Was it worth the cost? Was it fun? Did you learn a lot?

I have had her "Threadplay" book for years and love her style and method. It would be frosting on the cake to take her class and meet her. Let us know how it turns out.

Oh good, I'm glad to hear that. I'll let you know.

I have her book, too, on Threadplay. Was signed up for her seminar at the Rocky Mountain Conference in Canmore, Alberta one year but family/life happened and I had to cancel. Sure wish I could have attended but one day will have a go at the stuff in her book.

Please let us know how it goes with her class.

Sounds like a great opportunity if you can swing it. Bring your camera, because you know we will want to see!
