I ordered a lot of yardage of many fabrics from them, only one of 10 was shorted by a yard...they were quick to refund the difference. On another bolt, it came in 2 pieces, but gave me extra yardage; since I cut it up, I was fine with it. If you are making something that won't be cut up, I'm sure they would take it back. They were very courteous to me on the phone.

LOL! Do you get the picture yet? Everybody loves them. :thumbup: You're not going to believe this, but right before I started looking at the posts I completed an order with Fabric.com. Almost always the fabric is just as it is pictured - colors are pretty accurate. The writers give a little description with colors included just in case you weren't sure if the pic was right. I have never had to send anything back! I was tickled pink when I got my first order from them, my second order from them, my third order from them, my fourth order from them ..................... ;-)

Ditto everyone's comments. They were the only store I could find that sold "Hot Wheels" fabric I needed for a 7 yr.old's quilt. I have also ordered other fabrics, no problem.

I have ordered from them quite frequently...they sent some fabric that was, for quilting, not up to my standards. They didn't even ask for a return, but replaced all of that particular part of the order.
So yes, I am VERY happy with them...their customer service, really is...and the fabric is better quality than I can get at either fabric store in my town...

I have ordered from them for years - they are great!!! And they are fast, very nice to deal with on the phone as well. They also give a generous cut of fabric - NOT like our JoAnn Fabrics that cut exactly on the mark EVEN if the last person who cut did it crooked!!!

I love buying my fabric from them. Great selection and great sales! You get a lot of emails from them if you sign up for their emails, but you also get some great discounts frequently by doing so.

I think they cut more than 37" for flannel. Even after pre-washing and drying, I end up with a full yard, if not more. Mistakes are rare, but when they have made one I've been told to keep the mistake and they send the right thing at no cost to me.

I have ordered from Fabric .com many many times. I love them!! They have a great selection and their prices are no higher than local quilt shops. The best thing I love about them is they deliver very fast. When you order, it goes out the same day or the next day. Never had any problems either. Use them!!!

I like them - they stand by their product - I ordered fabric once and it came up short of hwat I wanted called them and within 24 hours I had the quantity I originally ordered and they told me not to send back what they had shipped in the first place - their customer service is awesome - and the product is wonderful

I love them - they give more than 36" so if you prewash and dry as I do, you still have a yard. I highly recommend them.
The only problem I had was when I ordered braided trim. The cutter didn't tape
the ends and It all unravelled in the box. When I called them, they sent a new
order out immediately and let me keep the old.
So both fabric and customer service are good.
