Fabric.com has awesome customer service. I love their free shipping after all how hard is it to get to $35, especially today. They really packed my things well too. I have been ordering from them for a number of years now.

Like most of the others, Use them often, love their customer service. Matter of fact they still know the meaning of that. Good, fun, fabric.

My friend and I have ordered from them and the quality was good, service good.... that is if you live in the US!!
We live in Australia and for what you get free as postage they wanted $70US!!!!!
Not happy

I do much ordering from them. They are wonderful! Twice they have sent me the wrong fabric. When I called, they said not to send it back. They would send the correct fabric ASAP. There customer service folks could give lessons in good manners.

Heather...we don't set the postage prices...I'm sure they tried hard to help you out!

Any problems I have had with them were all my fault. I didn't read the description well enough and got fabric that I didn't want. They take back with full refunds though.

I placed an order this last Sunday and I had it Friday. It came all packaged up neatly on a roll (10 yards of 108" wide stuff) in a nice heavy secure box. Have used them for years now.
