I have friends who make alot of postage stamp quilts..not me..I have enough to do without using 1 1/2" squares..but they are beautiful.

I gave mine to my grandchildrens preschool and kindergarten class. I talked to the art teacher first, she loved the idea.

I am a neat nick and don't save them. But, if I knew of a need for pet beds, let me know.

I'm a "neat nick", too! That's why all my scraps are stacked NEATLY in a drawer! lol

When I lived in California, there was a lady who collected old fabric scraps and made her own "linen" paper. It was not the kind of linen paper you write letters on, but was a thicker paper for crafters to make lamp shades of all sorts and shapes, as well as other crafts, including something to do with scrapbooking. You might try to find a high school or college arts class and see if they can use the scraps.

even my grand kids will love this, to tape paper lunch bags shut, use as stickers and much more. Maybe you'll have even more ideas

WRAEZ...........

thanks so much for posting that "tape"site. I copied it and am printing it out.....won't it be cute at Christmas time to have Christmas tape on the mailing packages!

In fact, don't we all have most of the holiday scraps laying aring in our stash.

thanks again for posting that site..I definitely am going to go scrap-picking..in fact.......it just might be one of those things that hubby can do for me. He's got the patience of a saint.
