Fabric Search.
 

I am looking for black fabric with small white spots but not tiny spots, I have found one on Thousands of Bolts but could not see if it was a whits spot or a cream spot, sent them a email but from past experiences they do not always answer their emails.
As I live in New Zealand, It would be great if this fabric was under $5_6 per yard as postage is suck a killer theses days

I looked at fabricshack.com and fabric.com. Type black white dot in the search boxes and you'll find a bunch.

Were you able to find the fabric you needed? I didn't think to check if the sites I suggested shipped internationally.

Connecting threads has one but it may be too small. It is item 4000. They have one with stars that is bigger (item 3976). The price is definitely good for either of these. Hope you can find what you need.
