I order from Connecting Threads, their clearance prices are great. Also Keepsakes sale items are top quality, especially their 100 fat quarters for $99. and scrap bags. I shop most online fabric stores that have clearance sales. I rarely pay full price for fabric unless it's for a specific purpose and I need it right then.
