Here's a link to the free fatcat patterns. www.fatcatpatterns.com/freepatterns.html They say free next to them.

I don't really buy many magazines anymore. But, I thought Quilt was still in publication. I could be wrong though. Actually, doing a search on google, I haven't found anything yet.

Quilt has gone out of business. It was my sister's favorite.

thanks, i saw that page for free ones. she had individual blocks free on several animals. so cute. i may have printed out some. hope so.
i rather thought that magazine went out of business. As it is i mailed her a pkg of charms and a travel pillow i made and it cost $39.00 to mail! 15 ounces!! ouch. I have mailed her magazines too in the past. costly.

I was there just yesterday and looking for the same thing you were on FatCat patterns. She did used to have many, many more patterns for free. She must have retired those. I love her patterns.

I heard a while back that Sindy (FatCat) was going to publish, maybe that's why some of her designs have disappeared.

Coloring books are a good resource for applique farm animals. And don't forget the library children's section.

She used to have those free BOMs. Once the project was over, like other designers, the pattern went into her store for purchase. Thankfully I got them while free, because that's where the owls, fish, kitties, doggies are now. :)

Evie, Sindy still has BOMs. The one going on now is Gnome for the Holidays and just starting is BooTacular.
