Since this is a life change I will need to get my mind back in a better place.
Last week I binged a lot on candy and crap.
OK so now it is over and I will start over.
Thank you for being there for me.
Love this thread.

We all know the feeling. glad you are getting back on track.

11 pounds and 7 inches down means it's safe to start cutting out my quilt. I am making it to 49 squares. Woohoo!!

Yesterday, I did a very short program of exercises for wheelchair bound people. It offers a standing version, too. The woman who teaches it is older than I am, but that easy show kicked my butt. Appparently just walking the dogs isn't as much exercise as it seems. I'll try again the show again Monday.
I was eating pudding at 1:00 this morning. Not a good idea, but if you really want something chocolate, it beats eating everything in the house while you deny yourself.

I am, I am, I am, not I will!

There wasn't any gain but no loss either. I am holding steady at 230. I do have a goal to lose a minimum of 5 pounds this month, 2 gone and 3 to go. I'm hoping to lose more because I want the FQ's this month on the weight loss challenge.

Well I don't think I will be any competition for you! We went to Outback for my son's birthday last night. I ate my whole meal, what a mistake. Then later in the evening we had the Cold Stone Creamery cake, holey moley was it good. I am sure I consumed all my calories for the week in that one day. But, today is a new day so back on track for me.

I have decided to hid my head in the sand and not weigh in till next Friday.
With the holidays and lots of family here I have not done well.
That is now over and I am starting again. Today I go for my walk, exercise and eat only good foods.
I am doing this. :)
