Just curious --I love all of Moda's fabric lines, as well as Andover, Marcus, Windham, etc. -- has anyone found a great on line site where the prices are reasonable and the shipping isn't outrageous???

I am new to quilting and am a little surprised at the cost of fabric -- is $10/yard really a reasonable price?? It seems every site I go on charges this.

Cotton Loft had great prices, took almost 2 weeks to get here but I wasn't upset for under $3 per yard, and they did send an e-mail when the order went out.

Their sale runs through the end of Feb. I just ordered from Cotton Loft too. Everything is shipped flat rate priority mail. They are good to stay in touch by email.

Fabric Depot has good sales. 35% off this weekend, but yes fabric prices are going up and most is around $10/yard now.

I like greenfairyquilts.com - they have moda pre-cuts and often have sales at 20-30% off - also they sell and deliver the precuts before other stores.
