IT always pays to listen to that little voice!!!!

give it a good cleaning. DO NOT used Greased Lighting, it will take the paint off. ask me how I know. then if still needs a shine you spray some WD40 on a paper towel and wipe it down. Make sure you oil and grease the works too.
