Found this while going through shop hop yesterday. I seem to remember someone asking about these. I thought the price was very reasonable. Carted as $11.96. Ordered it, and within the hour had a notice that it was shipped!!! Check it out.

That is a cool product. I always watch Fons & Porter show, and they always put on a glove to cut fabric. But I always thought that was very time consuming, and probably not really necessary. But those guards look easy to use, and no taking off/putting on like a glove.

nice idea

What a great safety feature. I need to think about getting that.

Thank you for posting this. I hardly have a finger tip left on my pointer finger, it has been cut so many times. Over and Over. I looked at the gloves but thought that would be a hassle. I normally put a bandaid on that finger so I remember to be careful. But as everyone knows the cutters are sharp and yes they go through bandaids. LOL

I always snip my finger when I'm cutting hair. I've learned to tape it, but a glove would probably be in the way.

What a great idea, and not a bad price either :D:D:D

Wow!! I ordered this, what Thursday, and it's already here on Saturday. Very nice. Haven't actually used it yet. But I think I'll like it!!

I decided to move back down to the 45 mm. rotary cutter from the large pizza cutting size when I had a few near misses, myself. Knock wood, haven't had any since but I don't cut when I'm overtired or when I've had any wine to drink. I do have a Klutz glove that I take when I am on my retreat since I'm more apt to be chatting and not focusing then.
