Finishing Touches Quilt Shop - WOW!!
 

I just had to share how happy I am with Finishing Touches Quilt Shop! Last fall I was searching for an extension table/ruler base for my new Pfaff long arm machine. I was getting nowhere with the dealer, so I posted a thread on this board for help. Immediately a very kind soul provided a contact - finishingtouchesquiltingstudio.com. They were very very helpful and provided just what I needed. :thumbup:Last month I was in the market for quilting templates for my long arm, so I ordered 2 templates from their website. Their website says the rulers/templates are made to order, by hand, from scratch and normal shipping is 2-3 weeks. I was ok with that. I got busy with other events in my life, and didn't think much about them - I wasn't ready to use them just yet. Last week I received an email from Leslie at Finishing Touches, apologizing for the delay (they experienced a back order with the acrylic to cut them), and would be including 2 ADDITIONAL templates with my order for my patience!!!!! WOW! How great is that??!!!! :D Finishing Touches just became my go-to shop for quilting supplies!
I'm a huge online shopper for my quilting supplies because I live in a rural area, and I gotta say that most of time I only receive an email telling me if my order is on backorder, and then I wait.
My order arrived yesterday, and I can't wait to try out my new templates.
