Fireworks fabric quilt, part 3

A few days ago, I posted pictures of fireworks fabric and asked for suggestions. I got good ones. Then I asked if borders would make it look a bit less wild. I got good answers.

And, now my question is, red or black binding? I had planned on black all along, but now I am thinking red....

(Oh, this is a Warm Wishes pattern. It is for charity, but I do want it to look the best it can. :) )

So, red or black binding? What do you think? And thanks for thinking with me.

I think red binding would really pop

Either would look good. If it is for a younger person I would go with red. Color always wins with kids

Great quilt! My vote is for red.

Not to complicate matters but I'd give consideration to a flange binding, black with the flange in red. Great looking quilt, Dina. :)

Red would be a zinger! Go for it!

My vote goes to a red binding.

geevee has a great suggestion, a black binding with a red flange would be a great finish! Black binding on the black border would complete the framed look, red would add one last zing- so it depends on the look you are going for- any of them will be great, your quilt is awesome!

This turned out great! Either red or blue binding.

I'd go Red for binding. That will make it really pop. Beautiful Quilt.
