I found this little picture it was just being used as an icon. I couldn't find a pattern. Maybe you could make the split hearts and applique them on the blocks.

Thanks for all the pics. I've saved about 15. A friend wants me to help her make a quilt from her late hubby's and dad's clothes. Probably wouldn't do an all heart quilt, rather chose one for a corner.

I really appreciate all the suggestions. None of them are exactly what I wanted, but I sure found a lot of potential quilts for the future.
