Could flannel be used in 3-d pinwheel quilt? (Obviously, I have lots of flannel :wink: ) Also, can it be used for applique? You ladies have been so helpful to this beginner!

I have used it for applique, don't know about 3D, but some one will let you know here.

Raw edge applique with Heat'n'Bond Ultrahold works with flannel.

I use flannel for almost anything. Love it!!

I use flannel for almost anything too. I always use a slightly bigger seam allowance when sewing with flannel. Usually 1/2 inch.
