I need opinions, on an idea to make a Puff/Bicuit Quilt out of fleece. Think this word work, or would it be to "stretchy"
Maybe Minkee fabric?
Thanks for any and all opinions, much appreciated!

having made onr from cotton i have to say i think it would be soooo heavy you wouldn't be able to sew it

Hmmm, I wouldn't worry about stretchy, I'd worry about the minkee being too thick to sew the biscuits together. You have to pleat the fabric around the sides, so you would have multiple layers that you would be trying to sew to multiple layers, or were you thinking of the minkee for just the backing? Curious to see other opinions!

my first thought was that it would be way too warm. but i agree, also, that it would be too thick to sew easily.

I was just thinking of something snuggly. I worry about flannel and fraying. I didn't think about it being to thick to sew. Thanks

I think it would be awfully hot and heavy too... Maybe make a little sample and see how it is to work with and how heavy/warm it feels? :D:D:D
