I have a thought on a small tweak that may help with your off feeling -- for the most part it's perfect. I love that the main pink flower matches the border line. I like the vine dark because the quilt is a soft color blend and the vine blending with the border makes it not too distracting. I do feel like the appliqué is overpowering your main quilt a little and the biggest reason for it I see is the white buds off the vine. They seem whiter than the whites of the main quilt. This is probably an illusion from the contrast with the darker border, but if you chose a pale pastel instead it might feel like it matches better.
