Do you girls know of any in Maryland ??

I had the much older version that used wooden rods, and I did not enjoy using it. You need a pretty large space around your machine in order to move the frame. I found it awkward but actually sold it to somebody from this board. She might have liked it better! I wonder if it's improved now since they are using fiberglas rods instead of wooden ones. The wood was really heavy.

His frame was the way I started to do free motion quilting. I did a number of baby quilts on it. I used a Viking Daisy machine. If I needed a wider frame I had someone make me the wider pieces and put the ends on them. It is a way to learn and then later on you if you want to you can go into a really machine quilt frame. Have fun.
