Me either, I'm very curious. Is there a tutorial I can look at? I do some quilt as you go and it sounds a bit like it.

Hi everyone,
I have made some samples of the fold and sew blocks. I will post some pictures of them later today. Sunnydays Kathy |
Thanks for posting the link. I'm getting ready to start another quilt and want it fast and simple since I have tons of yard work to do after this winter and this fits the bill perfectly.

Still waiting for a photo please?

Want to try soo much! but looks like there's a lot of waste. I'd cut off what was on bottom & would have small pieces to do something with..

Looking forward to seeing some pictures! :)

I just googled youtube Fold & Sew & voila there it was. Actually, I had seen this before but had forgotten about it.
Tks for reminding me. Interesting technique. |
No cutting involved, so if one can just fold and sew, you are good to go.

Thanks for posting the link. Looks fast and easy and so many ways to change it up.

Thanks for posting -- have used a similar triangle technique years ago in my sashing and some baby quilts (think snowball and flying geese corners) . The problem I had was the thickness of the fabrics. When you leave in all the layers for the square-in-a-square, etc., does it make the quilt heavy or stiff?
