I dont know what planet Ive been on lately, but I just figured out Porter of Fons and Porter has retired(?) from doing the tv quilting show. Fons is still on and does have her daughter (maryann?) on with her, so I watch PBS on sat AM and watch quilting shows. Now, I see in a "sewing with susan" newsletter, Maryann has her own show, or web video, called "Quilty". Here is a link where she is teaching her younger sister (didnt know that either) how to quilt:

now, what is nice about this, and why I posted this is because there are many younger quilters (younger than 62! lol) here and this is a vid showing younger women quilting, which just shows its a great thing for people of every age and younger people shouldnt give up and think only old ladies quilt, that there is something you're doing wrong if you dont "get it" right away, and that you have to be perfect. sharet

I think it's awesome that Mary is doing this. I miss Liz, but respect her wishes to retire. I like the quilting through the generations aspect.

There's another show on Quilters TV, can't think of the name, but it's 3 generations.

My understanding is that they have also sold the magazine off.
