Looking for this pattern. Searched and all I could come up with are images. Help!

with some of these pics, I think I'd go googly-eyed. liked one in soft green and white, but it still affected the eyes.
I found several to purchase. Also found this tute, it's probably the basic idea

Hate to say it but I finally found a quilt that i do not care for. Too busy for my taste.
