I love this site, thank you. Have you made the silk flowers yet? Any tricks to know? I love free standing lace (FSL), and 3D projects. Still trying to figure out the site.

I sure would not buy them. He has only sold 78. He just hasn't got caught yet!!! They are copyrighted, I would bet my embroidery machine on that!!

Whatever you do, be very careful with the "free" designs. Many of the free designs offered on different websites, are designs that have been digitized by amateur machine embroiderers....and end up being extremely poor quality. The major reputable companies that sell many, many designs should be okay. Even Ann The Gran's "freebies" are posted by amateur digitizers and can end up ruining the fabric you are embroidering on. Always best to sew a little sample, especially the final outline stitch, if the embroidery design has one.

Go to designbysick.com
There are hourly free and free hourly search designs. One is on the hour the other on the half hour and also every hour they have a $1 page where you can buy usually 10 sometimes 12 designs for only a dollar. I only have a little White 3300 machine and some times the designs are to large for my machine but I have gotten many free designs and the $1 ones.

Hope this will help you.

If you go to this site and you are trying to find the search hourly design go down the page and on the right side there is a search for designs that when you click on it comes up with an alphabetized page to try to find the design.

The free designs, you go thru check out but there. Is no charge. If you sign up for embroidery lib, and you like some of the designs, but don't want to pay the price, add them to your wish list, they are always having sales for any where from a $1.00 or so, sometimes they have them 5 for $5.00, be sure to sign up with them. There designs are always very nice.
