I have one of my featherweights at the store we own, I sew when I am not too busy. I have ayoung man that works for us, and today when he came in, he was watching me sew for a couple of minutes when he asked me a question I just had to share. He wanted to know if, when you use the reverse on the machine, did it unsew? We decided someone could make a lot of money if they could figure out how to make that happen. ROFLMAO

haha....I wish!!!

What, and put the ripper manufacturers out of business?????
|
Now that's a good one!
Sort of reminds me of the lady taking a computer usage class who was told to "run her mouse over the screen", and she did. Unfortunately, it only works when it's the CURSOR of the mouse one is running over the screen, not the whole mouse contraption! And why is it called a mouse anyway????? Jan in VA |
Great question ... sure would save me a lot of time if it would.
|
only from a man would a question like that come! BUT my mother had a treadle sewing machine. She swore it only sewed backwards....Well it wasn't until many moons later when I got a treadle machine that I found out that it depends on which way you start the machine with the treadle...it will sew backwards but you have to start it that way for it to sew backwards!
|
You are right about that!! Someone would be rich if they could find a way to make that work. Unsew!! LOL!
