Ditto! I love it:)

Okay, thanks again everyone. My batting is 80% cotton and 20% polyester. Does that mean I shouldn't use anything I would need to iron on?

Dina, I use the batting tape all the time. Before that I just used a wide zigzag stitch to put my pieces together. I have a package of the Stitch Witchery and it looks pretty much the same but if you're going to quilt over this I'd be concerned how well the needle goes thru it and if the glue used on the Stitch Witchery will gum up your needle. The glue used on the batting tape hasn't bothered my needle but also don't have to sit the iron on it as long as you do on the Stitch Witchery. Also have a package of Bond N Heat that looks similar but don't think I'd want to test it out on one of my quilt projects. The Iron on interfacing, again the glue used might be different and may interfere with your needle.

Dina, I use Hobbs 80/20 and have no problems with the iron. You don't have to leave the iron on that long to get the tape to adhere as you would with the Stitchg Witchery tape.

I use fusible on a roll to prevent bias edges from stretching when piecing. I buy the thinner width here: http://www.makeitsimpler.com/books-products.html

Super! Thanks.

I have used it on poly batts with no problems. The batting will compress for a while but it springs back up a little while later. Quilting thru it was not a problem.

I buy that tape at Hobby Lobby and I love it! I used to sew it but this is soooo much easier and it really doesn't show on a finished quilt.

It is actually made from a fusible interfacing called French Fuse. I use that a lot on t-shirt quilts and save my scraps for the batting.
