I was wondering,does fusible fleece have little dots on the back?It's almost like felt but softer.
I 'm going to make a purse and that's what the pattern calls for.The purse is called Mini Charmer.

The fusible fleece I bought feels and looks just like you described :D:D:D

If I am to broke to buy the fusible fleece I make my own. I use any 2 sided fusible web stuff and fuse one side to left over batting, cut to size then use it just like regular fusible fleece. No, it is not quite as stiff, but it holds up well enough for my uses. After being washed the expensive pellon that the bow tucks calls for softens and isn't as stiff either.

I really like fusible fleece, I use it for lots of small projects, although I've never used it on a quilt, but I buy mine at Wal-Mart. Its only $4 a yard there, so I buy it whenever I can.

no, mine does not. it is fusible period.

Boy,took awhile to quilt the outside and the lining of the bag.Now,working on the front pocket ready to sew it on.Will keep you up to date.

Wow! It's almost worth the tank of gas to go border shopping for that. I'd buy the whole bolt. Here in Ontario, Can. I pay $22/meter for it.

I've been using left over batting as well. I just stitch with a small zigzag around the outside edges to hold it in place. I've made 6 bags this way, but am just about out of pieces large enough.

Ok,I'm stitching up the bottom of the lining of my bag as i speak.Will take pictures when done.
