Garden Twist Quilt
I have made this pattern (years ago). I certainly do not remember doing Y-seams. Anyone know if it can be made without using the dreaded Y-seams.

Sure it can! It's actually quite simple....The one block with the white center square has a "partially-sewn seam" - not a Y seam, and you merely leave the first seam open about an inch at the end, apply the next strip, and on around the square, then finish that first seam. Easy. the other block is just a snowball. The blocks are set on point.

Oh, This reminds me I have 2 Garden twist in my UFO. On the 1st one all the blocks are sewn together I just need the insets on the ends...I think I forgot how to do that...might have to ask.

I need to save this, too. This is the quilt I'm making for my bed when I no longer share it with two dogs.

Could we have a link to this quilt please? I don't remember all these quilt names.
