Get Signature Back

Can anyone tell me how to get my signature back???

soccertxi 11-03-2011 12:40 PM

I was just editing my signature and noticed the 'permissions' at the bottom of the edit signature page. The ,Can Upload Images for Signature' says No. I wonder if this type of signature is considered an image? You may have to ask the moderatior for clarification. I would like to see the answer too...

Yes, the live signatures are image files and not currently permitted for use in signature lines.

Very disappointed - I really liked my signature!

Ohhhh, very interesting. I have been looking for that information too. I guess I'll just have to find a special font or something...I'll have to think on this one.

Lost signature

I'm very disappointed that my signature is gone. When you post instead of your pretty signature, there is the link to where you got it. Bummer! If you click on the posted link you can see your signature. Now what good is that?

It likely has to do with the "Pingbacks" being turned off. Signatures are .png file formats

Are you looking for something like I have on mine?

I saw some where today (don't ask where, not sure if I can find it again) that this feature was turned off. It has something to do with the ones that were using animated items, not all signatures were and I understand this, and they were bothering/hurting a lot of the people that have vision problems. I believe that the signatures fall into this category. I hope I explained it. Will have to try and find where this was stated and let you know.

OK, found where Patrice mentioned this in another thread. Here is the link. Hope this helps.

Scroll down about half way down the page. She talks about it there.

It is also stated in the General Quilting Board Community Rules.
