Yes, Marti Michell has a pattern and the templates. There are several configurations in the pattern for variations. The templates are very sturdy.

My neighbor made one for each of her children and I loved them so she bought the book and gave it to me before she moved away but I have never made it. The one I have has a very fancy border and pillow covers and shams.
