My mom came across about 20 different books about quilting and I highly recommend for fun reading the book called Quilt Masterpieces by Susanna Pfeffer OMG beautiful old quilts and if anyone can tell me how in the world you would make the lady liberty quilt I would love the help! it is amazing even down to the twin towers. I have some great beginner books that I will write down and pass on they are only 16 years young but have some great info if you can find them. I am making this quick staying with my mom for a couple of nights. OOOOHH and in one book they had a silk cigar tie quilt wow what these women did with extras. And the showed a section in another book dedicated to flour sack fabric.... Can you tell I am excited!! Take care!
