Gift suggestion for a 21 year old niece

She’s 21. I already made her a t shirt quilt for high school graduation and a queued bag with her collelge fabric. I only have a couple of weeks to make it. Thanks!

If she is living on her own I would suggest nun rugs, potholders, the bowl holder for the microwave (can't think of the name), place mats, oven mitts (those ones that are long and have a mitt at each end). Thinking that she is now going on to new endeavors those items would be helpful.

My DH that age loves the hanging dish towels I made for her. They are like the crochet ones but made with quilt fabric. There are lots of tutes on YouTube.

Small cross body bag but big enough for her cell phone.

Instead of an apron, there are “dining scarves” to keep clothes clean while cooking. Check Pinterest. I’m thinking about making my girls these.

My daughter likes water bottle carriers for outings at the park with her puppy.

My girls, when they were in college and even now (in their 30's), could never have enough tote bags. They use them for groceries, for all purchases, they store stuff in their cars in them, take an extra change of clothes when they don't want to take a duffel - just about anything. I like to add a big button to the top with a bit of elastic cording. This way they can roll them up, wrap the cording around and it makes a tiny little roll to fit in purse or glove box of car.

I made my 20 something grand daughters the potato chip bags and all four of them loved them. I made one with music note fabric for the music major, one with Paris fabric because she was attending a semester there etc. I also think a tote bag would be well received or maybe a zip up bag for cosmetics.

How about a duffel bag? I finished one not long ago for a graduation gift & really like it. It seems the perfect size for a carry on bag for a flight or train/bus/road trip. Seems like it would have many versatile uses.
