I sent mine years ago and was very pleased with the results. Haven't needed to send them again. I threaten anyone in my household that they had better not use my good scissors for anything other than cutting fabric, or better yet--don't use MY scissors at all.

Sent my Ginghers back to co. for sharpening and was not pleased with what they returned.
