If you don't like it, send it to me. I learn something from every project. And relearn that each project WILL have at least one redesign in it. ;)

It's a beautiful quilt, I hope it ends up to your satisfaction. Maybe you won't notice what you think are puckers after it is washed.

You are so not alone in the mistake department - that's how I learn - so actually I should be pretty smart!! :)

Love your quilt. Don't feel too bad I have forgotten to put my Walking Foot on also & can't understand why the fabric is not feeding very well.....................duh !!! I think once your quilt is finished you will not even notice the small puckers. It really is a very lovely quilt.

Been there, done that, twice

It's okay, we got along without walking feet before they came on the market. They are very nice but we used to get quilts done without them. Better luck next time!

I think I am done with quilting for the day. I am not going to redo any of this quilting. I don't love the quilt that much, and it isn't a gift for anyone. I just was doing a Block of the Month to teach myself patience. It didn't work.... Okay, here is a picture so you can sympathize with me.... I know it is going to be okay, but I sure wanted it to be more than "just OK." ...Actually the puckers don't show up so much in the picture, but you can tell that my quilt inspector, Hot Rod, sees them! I have a friend who always says "if you can't see it from the back of a galloping horse"....then it doesn't matter. Your quilt is beautiful!!

The picture of the quilt looks great, but if you still don't love it, I have a suggestion. I took a class from Harriet Hargrave and she said ... the more you quilt the less your mistakes show. So keep going, practice all your free motions designs add some flowers and feathers, Quilt until you wilt and have fun. Also, if you use "bottomline" thread it will help the quilt from being too stiff.

Your quilt is just beautiful. Don't sweat the small stuff. A lesson learned for the next time.
