I'd love to make my 12 yo DS a quilt using glow in the dark fabric. Does anybody have any ideas where to get it?
Thanks |
This past fall there was a line of Halloween fabric that had glow in the dark fabrics. I would check with your LQS or maybe Hancocks of Paducah or Keepsake Quilting. Fabric Shack also carried this line in their shop and may have more info on it or have some left. Check out fabricshack.com. They have a toll free number if you want to call them.

just google glow in the dark quilting fabrics and bunch of stuff shows up. Including glow thread.

overrainbow.com had some a couple of weeks ago. There is one that looks like it is all white. I wish I had ordered some. Oh well, maybe next time.

Its still available, just google it.
BTW - don't forget about glow in the dark thread! It's awesome, too |

I made glow in the dark pillowcases for my DGS for Halloween. I bought it at my LQS. Sorry but I don't have the name. Try googling it.

We used glow in the dark puff paint on our comforter. It says
"this side goes up". It has saved us from fighting over which way the comforter goes in the middle of the night. |
try keepsake quilting

Love your avatar. My youngest son is autistic and I also have the puzzle ribbon used in some of my correspondence. Have you seen the puzzle piece fabrics that have recently been advertised?

We carry a few glow-in-the-dark fabrics.
http://www.favoritefabric.com/cgi/co...&keywords=glow Here are pictures of three. By the way... the "glow" does need to be charged by a light source first. The manufacturer has told us that after many launderings that it does eventually wash off. glow eyes glow stars on violet blue star magic |

Did you order all of it? That site shows that the glow is out of stock.

There must be other sites or stores that carry it. Hopefully you find some. I have used the third fabric on Favorite Fabrics site. It makes great background.
