Yes, right now, I am facing two twin girlies going to college in a few years at the same time. That means no large purchases or trips right now.

I would really like a Handiquilter sit down quilting machine.....but I know it will need to wait. I do say that if I get a large work bonus or win the lottery, that might change...but for now all savings really needs to go to college plans!

And I do know that eventually, we will be able to get me what I want....and it will be all the better when I get it! So for now I dream!

Boy do I know that feeling! Right now I have a long-awaited quilt show to attend (Mid-Atlantic) that I have saving up to go to, but also have a rare opportunity to adopt a 4 month old Great Pyrenees from our humane shelter (my chickens need a buddy to protect them from coyotes). Hubby wants me to choose, as either will result in long-term commitments (multiple quilt projects OR training time). Her should know by now I will do both anyway. I'll bribe him with homemade cookies....
