Is this a pieced or applique pattern? I would like to order this pattern but was hoping someone would whip one up and post it and let us know how it went. Also to see it in another color. :-)

hopefully you can actually find the pattern and not just by a copy from a magazine article...

I ordered it but haven't made it. The pattern, as I recall, requires fusing various shapes/colors onto a foundation then covering all the raw edges with bias strips. I don't really like that technique but love the design so I've been trying to think of another way to accomplish the same result. I don't think there is a printed pattern other than the magazine article. A PDF copy of the article (which is very complete) is what the author sells.

Well, according to the above link, the pattern you buy from the designer herself Is a copy of her magazine article... Lovely design!

The magazine article including instructions are available on the magazine's website: http://www.popularpatchwork.com/site...01501_eMag.pdf.

Unfortunately, this doesn't include the templates, but they would be fairly easy to draft.
