the Juki itself does not come with a stitch regulator but with just about any quilting frame, you can purchase a separate attachement that will regulate your stitches or just control the speed of the machine. I don't know if the attachments will work just with the machine and without hte frame, but I don't see why not! At least for the Grace Company, the speed control is about $60 and the stitch regulator retails for $499.

OHHHHH, I want a long arm. Only seen them a large quilt shows and pictures, so have to do research. Also need a new house to have one. Also want an embroidery machine - Hmmmm decisions!

I have a Juki too. I know what you mean about spending that much money ( on yourself ). I spent a lot of time thinking about the expense and finally decided that by just quilting a few quilts myself would pay for the machine. I have to say it was the best investment I have ever made. It runs like a dream and now I love quilting almost more than piecing the quilt. Enjoy!!!!
