I really like Quilter's World. They feature a variety of quilts, along with lots of other stuff. There is also an internet newsletter that goes along with the subscription, which is very downhome.

There are so very many. There are Vintage Quilt magazines and Scrappy Magazines, Fons and Porters puts out one...There are magazines for Quick Quilts....even for designing quilts and for current Trends in fabrics available or up and coming....I'd figure a style you follow and go from there....unless you are interested in exploring new avenues....It's like a good book......you know what you like....maybe not what another does.

Quilters World gets my vote too. Variety of projects and different skill levels. Quilters Home is o.k.

In years past, everything that caught my eye came from Quilt magazine. Lately, it seems there is one or more projects in past and current issues of American Patchwork and Quilting magazine. I like the artciles and patterns. They seem to have a variety to pick from. Quilt magazine features a lot of the traditional pattern and so does American Patchwork and Quilting. Quilters Newsletter is my sister's choice and they feature lots of pieced patterns which she loves.

I like Quilt as well. I tried to subscribe online last night and couldn't . The page is not set up yet. I hope they set up soon! It's good value when you subscribe, especially for us overseas folk. In Ireland I pay 7Euro for a magazine (all our mags are from the US). That's nearly $10 so to subscribe will definitely save me money.

I am new to quilting and have been buying up every quilting magazine I can find. I love Quilt magazine. The instructions and photos are easy to follow plus they have projects for the different skill levels. I also like American Patchwork and Quilting and Quilter's World.

I get all three and keep telling myself that 3 is too many, but can't decide which one to eliminate. I have been quilting for 20 years and have gotten Quilt mag almost the entire time. But I love applique and American Patchwork and Quilting features a lot of that. Under the pictures category is a picture of one that was in their magazine. It originally had a checkered border, but I messed up and didn't cut the outside border pieces long enough. Since I had no more bleached muslin left, I jsut left off the inside border. But the pattern came from that magazine.

I just got a copy of "Quilting Arts" magazine - wow! It's all about the Art Quilt, but the ideas are so inspiring! I also love Quilter's Newsletter. And Quiltmaker, and The Quilter.....oh geez, I'm not much help am I? LOL
All of them are fun!
